• Your service address or where the vehicle will be parked

When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect basic technical information, such as your device type, browser, general location (city or region), the pages you view, and how you found us. Payment information

We collect payment in person at the time of service. We do not collect or store full card numbers on our website. If you pay by card or a payment app, that payment is handled by the card reader or app provider, not by us.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, and provide your detailing service
• To contact you about your appointment, including by text message (see below)
• To answer your questions and provide customer support
• To send a quote and process payment
• To operate, maintain, and improve our website
• To keep records and follow the law

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number, we may send you service text messages about your appointment, such as booking confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and questions about the job. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

• Message frequency varies based on your appointments.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opting out of texts will not stop us from contacting you by phone or email about your appointment.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to help our website work and to understand how visitors use it. We use analytics services (for example, Google Analytics) and may use advertising tools (for example, a Meta or Facebook pixel) that set cookies and collect usage data through your browser.
