These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website and mobile car detailing services of Shoals Mobile Wet Shine LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. Our services

We provide mobile car detailing. We come to your location and clean cars, trucks, SUVs, boats, ATVs, and work fleets. Services and results can vary based on the vehicle, its condition, and the option you choose.

2. Booking and appointments

You can request an appointment through our online booking page. An appointment is confirmed once we accept it and agree on a time. We will do our best to arrive within the scheduled window, but times may shift due to weather, traffic, prior jobs, or other reasons outside our control.

3. What we need from you

Because we come to you, you agree to provide, at the service location:

• Access to the vehicle and a safe, legal, and reasonable place to work on it
• Access to a working outdoor water spigot
• Access to a working electrical outlet

If these are not available when we arrive, we may need to reschedule, adjust the service, or charge for the trip. Please let us know ahead of time if you are not sure whether you can provide water or power.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you can. We ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the time to another customer. We may treat missed appointments, or appointments we cannot complete because access, water, or power was not available, as a cancellation. Any specific cancellation or trip fees will be shared with you before your appointment.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices depend on the vehicle and its condition. We will give you a price before we begin. Payment is due in person at the time of service unless we agree otherwise. Prices do not include any taxes that may apply. If your vehicle needs much more work than expected, we will talk with you about it before doing extra work.

6. Your responsibilities

• Remove cash, valuables, and personal items from the vehicle before we start. We are not responsible for items left inside.
• Tell us about any existing damage, loose trim, aftermarket parts, sensitive surfaces, leaks, or areas to avoid.
• Give us accurate contact and vehicle information.
• Make sure the vehicle is legally parked where we can work on it.

7. Results and condition of the vehicle

We take great care with every vehicle. Even so, some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, water spots, fading, rust, and other wear cannot be fully removed and may be permanent. Older, damaged, or heavily worn surfaces and parts can react to normal cleaning. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for issues caused by loose, worn, aftermarket, or already-damaged parts and surfaces. If you have any concern about a specific area, please tell us before we begin.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise any specific result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shoals Mobile Wet Shine LLC and its owners and workers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of use, arising from our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shoals Mobile Wet Shine LLC from any claims, losses, or costs that arise from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your failure to provide safe and legal access to the vehicle and work area.

11. Text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree we may send you service text messages about your appointment. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Website content

The content on our website, including text, photos, logos, and design, belongs to Shoals Mobile Wet Shine LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute it without our written permission.

13. Third-party services

We use third-party tools, such as an online booking provider, to run our business. Your use of those tools may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our site or services means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
